New Delhi, Mar 20 India Women had a great run in the recently concluded T20 World Cup in Australia as they were unbeaten until the final match before losing in the final to Australia by 99 runs. But as the girls made the entire nation proud, a question popped up into everyone's mind as when is India Women team going to perform as bravely as Australians, who are used to grabbing on to the big opportunities. In an interview with Times of India, India Women coach WV explained how the team was planning to reach that level, where a big final match in front of a jampacked crowd does not sway away the team's confidence. "I'm trying to create a team which will play together for 6-8 years and dominate world cricket. That’s what sets the Australian team apart. As a team, they have played quite a few finals together and that’s the reason why they dominated the World Cup," the 54-year-old said. Considering the average age of the Indian said was 22 at this T20 World Cup, Raman's plan can really become a reality with hard work and determination. There was one other question which crossed the minds of Indian fans and also few legends including Sunil Gavaskar. Should we not have IPL for women to find new talents, just like men's IPL did?
