YOUTH PROTESTS BAN ONINTERNETSERVICES IN JMU

Jammu, Dec 9 Today a large number of youths led by Actor Sanyam Pandoh of Jammu including school and college students, artists, actors, singers, dancers you tubers, Bloggers, makeup artists, entrepreneur, social media influences gathered and hold Protest demonstration to express resentment and problems they are facing due to nonworking of internet services in J&K outside Press club, Jammu. Leading this gathering of Youth and Artists, Actor Sanyam Pandoh said that its been more than hundred days and people of J&K are without internet. They are back into the stone age. He said every section of society is suffering due to non-restoration of Internet services especially students and Artists. Actor Sanyam Pandoh said that art of every artist is dying due to Non-availability of internet. Actors, Singers, Dancers who use to send their Auditions regarding their projects likes reality shows, movies etc. to Mumbai through internet are not able to send now. Many local artist were working on social sites like you tube, Instagram, Facebook and displaying their talents through social media and were also earning through this medium. Sanyam said from the past more than hundred days not only their talent is getting wasted, but they have been deprived of their livelihood which is completely dependent on internet and social media. Sanyam Pandoh said not only artists but young entrepreneurs who have started their own private business and invested their money in the business are in total loss because internet is the basic requirement in establishing business and promotion of business to reach public and their customers. Actor Sanyam Pandoh said that same is the case with students of J&K. He said that students who were studying online and also spent money to purchase online courses for studies and preparation of exams are not been able to study and prepare for their exams now. Hence Studies of students are totally suffering due to this. He said many post-graduate students who use to search for the jobs daily on internet and submit their applications forms online are also suffering and facing unemployment. Actor Sanyam Pandoh said that we are not getting clarity when and on which date internet services will be restored. He said that we welcome the statement of Lt. Governor that internet services will be restored with in phases but we want proper time bound clarity about day and date when internet services will be restored because it's been more than four months we are just getting hollow assurances and not clarity on this due to which we youth of J&K are suffering and have to face loss . Sanyam said that we request State as well as central government to restore internet as soon as possible so the we can continue with our studies and art as the Union Territory is back to normalcy now so their is no point in delay of resuming internet services in the UT. The others prominent artists present in the gathering were Sachin Singh, Shazi Khan, Parul Data, Jasleen Kour, Parl Jasrotia, Mehak Wadera, Ashish Bhat, Rishab Manhas, Sahil Singh Rajput, Kriya Bhogal, Roshan, Angurana Billa, Shakti Kumar, Muskan Sharma, Mukesh Sharma, Shubam Angral, Shubankar Sharma, Kamal Mehram Sahil Sharma, Sachin Soi, Abhishek Khjuria, Amit Sharma, Vivek, Arun Kumar, Love Sharma and many others.
