Army conducts vehicle repair cadre for unemployed youth

Y B News Udhampur, Nov 7 As part of Sadhbhavana, Indian Army is conducting a three week Vehicle Repairing Cadre at Bagga, from 04 November to 23 November 2019. The aim of this Vehicle Repair cadre is to impart basic working knowledge and skill development training to the local unemployed youth. A total of 20 unemployed youth from various villages of Bagga region have registered for the cadre and certificates issued from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) will be given to all the individuals on successful completion of the cadre. This would serve as another step towards the continued efforts of Indian Army towards winning the hearts and minds of the local population. The youth thanked and expressed their profound gratitude towards Indian Army for conducting such cadres as they go a long way in overall development of the area by making them self reliant. They also urged the Army to conduct similar cadres in future for benefit of the youth who have missed out on the present training.
