Joint picnic organised by Govt UPS Phalshore, PS Gadhater

ABID PAMPORI Doda, July 7 A joint picnic of the students of Govt.UPS Phalshore and PS Gadhater got organised by the teachers of both the schools in the nearby beautiful tourist spot Goriyan Dhar. The decision was taken in a joint meeting of staff of both the schools headed by I/c Headmaster of Govt UPS Phalshore Neeraj Sharma. Later,the whole planning was shared with the parents of the students and after getting approval regarding the venue selected for picnic ie Goriyan Dhar the picnic was finalised. Several activities were taken up during the day such as a beautiful cultural programme was organised under the guidance of Jugal Kishore Tr. of PS Gadhater in which students sang beautiful folk songs. Than, another session of Antakshri was conducted under the supervision of Panjaboo Ram Tr. in which students showed a lot of excitement. Vijay Kumar Tr. and Farooq Ahmed Tr supervised the students while moving around the whole surroundings of the spot and briefed them about the clean and green environment enveloping the whole area.A games session was also conducted to make the students feel energetic and motivated. Finally,a lesson on moral values,team spirit and togetherness was delivered by Neeraj Sharma I/c Headmaster. Students clicked pictures with their friends and thanked the whole staff members for their kind concern towards the children. Vote of thanks was paid by one student namely Sunita Devi a class 8th student. The prominent among the students who participated in different activities are Sonya Devi, Meena Devi, Sonal Sharma, Shafia Banoo, Ulfat, Chanderma, Archana, Tanush, Komal, Masrat, Sachin, Suraj and others.
