JATINDER KHAJURIA Kathua, Apr 19 SSP Kathua said that the Phase II elections were conducted smoothly due to public cooperation and support. He further said, " Phase II of Parliamentary Elections 2019 concluded peacefully on 18-04- 2019 in all five assembly constituencies of Kathua. Adequate security arrangements were made for free, fair, smooth and incident free elections. Huge manpower of Police and other security agencies were deployed for conducting Phase-II elections in Kathua". "Despite every possible security and other logistic arrangements, Police cannot achieve success in elections without unconditional and prompt support of general public in all part of Kathua district. I thank all citizens of Kathua for their contribution in peaceful conduct of Parliamentary Elections 2019. I expect your wholehearted support in future", he further said.
