Work apace on WSS Charsoo: Sham Lal Says 80% work on filtration plant completed

Minister for PHE Sham Lal Choudhary today informed the House that 80% of the work on filtration plant of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) Charsoo has been completed and is likely to be completed by end of March 2018.

He said additionally, a new scheme namely Charsoo Phase–II has also been taken up in the area under NABARD last year to augment water supply in the habitations namely Charsoo, Bonpora Charsoo and New Colony Charsoo being supplied drinking water from existing WSS Charsoo Phase-I and the scheme will be commissioned during the financial year 2018-19.

The Minister for responding to the Calling Attention Notice by Mushtaq Ahmad regarding delay in commissioning of Filtration Plant at Charsoo in Tral constituency.
