Shivani Gupta is a name which needs no introduction in the field of beauty. She is the owner of Shalz Medi Spa. As a woman entrepreneur, she is a perfect example of beauty and confidence. After graduation she wanted to become an artist. She always wanted to do something innovative. From last 23 years she is into the business. With each passing year, Shivani introduced new and innovative ideas to compete with the changing times. With her efforts she has made her salon one of the biggest salon with best technical support.
For the girls who want to come into this business, she strongly advocates the need of being educated. She says that earlier girls who were just 10th or 12th pass used to come into this business. But she strongly feels that education is very important to excel in any field.
She says, “now a days, boys are equally conscious for their looks and they are also coming into this field. As it is said that Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder and beholder is within you. If you are confident then you are beautiful”.
Earlier her salon was having basic facilities. But now her solon is at par with clinic. Various skin problems like Mole removal , unwanted hair removal, birth marks removal, tattoo removal etc are done in her Medi spa.
She feels that every client has different requirement. Make up is into 2 categories manual and HD. She thinks that HD make up is clear, very natural wherein features are highlighted. Air brush makeup technique was introduced by Shalz for the first time in Jammu.
She is proud daughter, She feels proud being a daughter. Her parents always felt proud of her. She thinks that there is no difference between boy and girl. Both are equally connected with their families. Girls are equally responsible.
‘On beti padhao beti bachao’, she says,” every women can make difference, together women rock. Her staff, mostly women are working in her salon from last 15-20 years. They are supporting their families. So it is important to educate every girl. Pamper the women in you”.
