Illegal parking: Vehicles parked outside KV No. 1 School creates trouble for students

Though, traffic is a big issue these days in Jammu, but still people are least bothered about the creation of “Illegal parking” and used to park their vehicles on the road side.
This is the view at most busiest road in the Gandhi Nagar area, just outside the KV No1 school, where daily a large number of students has to cross the road but they found it very difficult, in the presence of vehicles parked outside the school in unorganized manner.
Talking to the Young Bites, Rajesh Sharma, a teacher told that many times the management of the school informed and also met with the senior traffic officials and lodged their complaint regarding the parking of vehicles outside the school, in unorganized manner, due to which not only the students even the staff members has to face difficulties when they came out from the school.”
“Many times the students were hit by the vehicles running from the opposite side, as they failed to notice the vehicles due to the presence of vehicles stranded outside the school in long queues,” he further added.
Meanwhile, Parents of the students also registered their grievances with the school management, and urged them to deploy a person on the roadside, only on the time, when the students came outside the school, so that they could be saved from getting injured in any mishap due to running vehicles on the busiest road.
