One more JKSPDC's Daily Wager shifted to District Hospital Ramban

The protest dharna and hunger strike of JKSPDC need-based and daily Wagers working of in Baglihar powerhouse project entered 8th consecutive day today, one more fasting employee was rushed to district Hospital Ramban here after his condition deteriorated today.
These employees are on strike/ protest dharna since November 12 From November 13, they launched chain hunger strike and then intensifying struggle, and went on fast- unto-death strike from November 17.
The report said, the 4th protester, Abdul Gian (50) 0f Chanderkot, who has been on relay hunger strike along with his about 140 colleagues in the premises of the Chief Engineer, JKSPDC at Chanderkot since November 13, fainted and being carried to the nearby ambulance for first aid.
Earlier on 17 November, Kishor and Balwant were hospitalized at District Hospital and on November 18, Vinod was treated similarly at the site.In solidarity with hundreds of their Need-Based and Daily Wagers working for JKSPDC at Kangan, Parnai,Kargil and Lower Jhelum these workers of Bhaglihar Hydel Project have been on hunger strike since November 13 after remaining on dharna since October 12. They alleged that their file has been reportedly lying in the office of Dy, CM (Minister Incharge) Dr. Nirmal Singh since long for their regularization.
