ICDS, Municipality launch cleanliness drive in Bandipora

As per the circular issued by Deputy Commissioner Bandipora for implementation of cleanliness drive taken up under "Swachta Hi Seva", the employees of ICDS and Municipal committee Bandipora today carried cleanliness drive at Lankreshipora village and other town limits under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner.
During the drive, the task of cleaning main roads, market roads, link roads, drains and Wular bank was taken in hand, and with the involvement of locals, garbage and other solid wastes were collected and dispose off on the spot.
The Supervisors of ICDS, Angerwari Workers, and Helpers took out a rally carrying banners, posters and slogans which went through various markets of Bandipora town to convey the message of fortnight cleanliness drive to common people.
