This attitude has been persisting since independence in spite of enlightened efforts made by government to undo it.
Because of poverty, the poor are unable to have access to the heads administrative officials to vindicate rights. It is therefore, necessary to introduce a scheme of easy access for such people, so that they could avail themselves basic amenities. Another acute problem is that people of rural areas still don’t have way to get right to information. In several areas they don’t even are aware of central and state government schemes which are timely framed for the people.
The district and tehsil level administrative officials have to fulfill the objective of an methodical administrative system which would lead the state toward the development.
Pertinently, there is also the question of reforming and updating the administrative with technology intervention and bringing it in conformity with the new social condition prevailing in present global world.
Categorically fascinating development in the administrative system is a desideratum for the welfare of general mass.
