Mother dies, son injured in Srinagar road accident

Srinagar: A mother died while her son was injured in a road accident in Srinagar, police said on Saturday.
An Oil Tanker bearing registration number JK02AB-5086 hit a Motorcycle driven by Abid Aamir Khan resident of Nowgam at Sanatnagar resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist and his mother namely Rafiqa Begum, police said.

Both the injured were shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment where the lady succumbed to her injuries.
