While the most of youngsters in valley are allegedly employed temporarily by the separatists and are being used as the stone pelters, but instead of wasting time and destroying the summers, the kids there should come out with some innovative ideas for their present and for the posterity.
Pertinent to mention here that the Kashmiris have some great ideas but then when their psyche gets muddled up with some extreme verbosity everything changes on its head and that to in an abrupt way. Those kids who innovated and left Kashmir dreaming for a better future are doing extremely well for themselves. They are doing well in every sphere, be it education, be it science and technology, be it health sector, be it sports, be it music or be it agriculture.
They have forgotten the past and are simply moving ahead with gay abandon and do not want to look back. But those who have blocked their minds and senses are akin to frogs in the well. If Kashmir has to progress and with it the entire Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh it is the youngster who find themselves in nowhere will have to change their thinking. Easy money is not the order of the day. The order is to work hard, earn and make your presence felt. Initially the teething problems would be there but subsequently everything can be overcome. Instead of using their physical strength in Down Town Srinagar and the interiors of North and South Kashmir they use half the effort and playing with logic and understanding the world today they will automatically understand that losing life for a few bucks more is better to have a concrete living based upon solid foundations.
The Government, the Army and the Para Military Forces State Police and the administration is all there to help the kids out but the parents and the entire family too has a role to play. It cannot be one way ticket any more. The show rooms of the Separatists have already shut down. Rajbagh residents were first to understand this. Rajbagh people threw out the Separatists since they could not ppay bills for the extravagant offices they had made. Maisuma has gone quiet and the reason is Yasin malik can no more call himself the leader of masses and he is not getting any younger. Geelani should be spending more time in prayers rather than coming out with some audacious commentary which he has been doing ever since the Kashmir turmoil began. Limping Trojan horse Masrat Alam can get things done by his cronies but he has no shoulders to carry on the mounting pressure of thinking that Separatism is no answer but it is progression which matters in Kashmir as of now. Mirwaiz well he is here or there/ He has a religious job to perform (which indeed he performs well) but honestly speaking politics is not his cup of tea.
Kashmiri kids have to follow the new pathways being laid by their generation. Even the girls have progressed on a war footing and are doing wonders. In a nut shell. ‘kids of Down Town get back to homes, get into books and be innovative. Stone pelting is nothing but foolishness! ‘so that they must leave this idea and used their skills in some other innovative methods, which can help their brothers as well as the future generations to come in the valley for their better future.
