Kashmir unrest confined only to three and half districts: Amit Shah

BJP President Amitbhai Anilchandra Shah Sunday said there was no need for even an "iota of concern" over the situation in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, which has witnessed months of unrest, and asserted that the Narendra Modi-led government will control it soon.

He said: "There is a big gap between the reality and the projection" of the Kashmir situation and the trouble was confined to "three and half districts."

BJP President while talking to Aaj Tak said the government was keeping a sharp vigil over the situation and the Valley has witnessed many spells of such unrest in the past, before the situation has normalised.
