Asiya Andrabi, her aide being shifted to Amphala jail

Dukhataran-e-Millat (DeM) chairperson Asiya Andrabi and her personal secretary Sofi Fehmeeda are being shifted to Amphala jail in Jammu on Thursday, a spokesperson of the party said.



The spokesperson said that the two leaders were being shifted to the jail despite “critical” health condition of Asiya Andrabi. The duo were earlier booked under the Public Safety Act.

The pro-freedom leaders including Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik have condemned the slapping of PSA on Asiya and shifting her to Jammu jail.
