Indian Army’s ‘Exercise Thar Shakti’ concludes on a high note

About 20,000 troops along with tanks, ICVs, artillery guns and advanced surveillance sensors took part in a month-long military exercise code named “Exercise Thar Shakti” in Rajasthan. The exercise was conducted by the Indian Army’s Chetak Corps.

General Officer Commanding of “Exercise Thar Shakti”, Lt. Gen. Ashwani Kumar and senior officers reviewed the manoeuvres during the culmination phase of the exercise.

Lt. Gen. Kumar expressed his satisfaction over the operational preparedness of the Corps. He also appreciated the troops for braving the high temperatures and harsh desert environment while conducting the exercise.
